Sycamore Downtown

The Sycamore Downtown project, which covers the area along Sycamore Avenue between Tsushima and South Front Streets, has been revised. The project is slated to include 96 residential units, forty thousand square feet of retail and a below-grade parking structure.
A city staffer has confirmed that the project is estimated to break ground in approximately 10 months, and that construction would take between 12 and 18 months to complete.
