The Contra Costa Times reported on what is happening at tomorrow evening’s City Council meeting…

Hercules City Council — 7 p.m. City Hall council chamber, 111 Civic Drive. The council will receive a presentation by real estate expert John Troughton on “Over-cross Collateralization: Changing the Value Equation in Hercules.” The council will vote on a $487,000 construction contract for Frog Pond Park and an allocation of an extra $17,000 for a secure mailbox replacement program.
