Today is Primary Day, Part 2, in California, which reminds me of the idea that the Clubhouse (located at Main Street and Railroad Avenue) would be the perfect polling place for the Waterfront. I am damn sure that turnout would be consistently higher if voters could walk to the polls. How do we make this happen?
