Meanwhile in Pinole… “Alta Bates is considering building a medical office building across Pinole Valley Road from the site of a Kaiser Permanente Medical building under construction.” I’m guessing that would be adjacent to the bowling alley, and would not include tearing down the sometimes crime-ridden bowling alley (although that may be a better idea).
