Incumbent Candidates

It looks like all three incumbent candidates are gearing-up for re-election… “All three Hercules City Council incumbents whose terms expire at the end of the year got an early start on possible re-election drives. Ed Balico, Charleen Raines and Mayor Joanne Ward took out nomination papers at City Hall on Monday, the opening day of the filing period, said City Clerk Doreen Mathews.”
