Measure AA Extension

If the extension of Measure AA passes (it will be on the November ballot), it would include $1.1 million for the City of Hercules, “provided to cities and park departments on a per capita population basis, to fund their own community park and recreation projects.” Maybe this funding should be earmarked for Hercules Point?
