One interesting issue that came to light at last night’s Planning Commission meeting was the seeming potential that the City has a runaway Redevelopment Agency…

The Redevelopment Agency is made up entirely of the City Council, the City Manager (who acts as the Executive Director), and the City Manager’s staff.
