The pre-construction design phase is well underway, having started in January 2008. [...] Meanwhile, final design and construction drawings for the buildings are being prepared, with initial site work for construction planned to begin in September 2008. (Construction conclusion and delivery of shop space is planned for mid-2010.) It is important to conclude the significant effort which is required to ensure that the shop spaces and fronts, when constructed, are aligned with the marketing plan for the center.
