Baywood Architecture In Menlo Park?

A new housing development by Taylor Morrison (formerly Taylor Woodrow) on the peninsula — Morgan Lane in Menlo Park — is making use of the renderings for Baywood (below, as seen on SFGate). I am not sure if the same architecture is being used for the homes or if the images are solely for marketing purposes.

Even if these are being used for marketing only, it’s a testament to how appealing Baywood’s architecture is.
