County Democrats Support Delgado, Balico

The Contra Costa Democratic Party has released its list of endorsed candidates for local office, and that includes incumbent Ed Balico and challenger John Delgado for Hercules City Council.
It is stated that “this list may grow,” but there is only one council seat remaining, so either Mayor Joanne Ward or Don Kuehne will not receive party support (although one or both may not be registered party-members anyway).
