Two stories…

- “The California Coastal Conservancy has given a Martinez-based conservation group the final funding it needs for a $3 million environmental restoration and trail building project on 702 acres of open space in the hills between Hercules and Martinez.”

- “Highlights of the [redeveloped Rodeo waterfront] plan include three two-story, mixed-use commercial buildings totaling about 20,000 square feet, including one geared to marine-related uses; a two-story, 6,000-square-foot corporate office building; and a 5,000-square-foot warehouse-and-shop building.”
