Balico Mailer

Since I received one I can only assume everyone else in Hercules did as well. (How much does that cost?)

The Ed Balico mailer includes an introductory letter: “I made a promise to all of you and as you can see I kept my promise. [...] We are now generating new revenues, new businesses, new commercial buildings, new jobs, new houses in all levels, new infrastructures for the future, new schools and most of all, improve [sic] the quality of life in our community.”

The mailer also includes a print-out of what is available on Balico’s campaign website: his resume and endorsements, and a laughably-long list of accomplishments (which is considered only a “partial list,” according to the mailer).
