The four candidates for the three seats on City Council will be having a debate of sorts this Thursday evening, 7pm at City Hall. “All four candidates, Ed Balico, John Delgado, Don Kuehne and Joanne Ward have confirmed attendance at the event, which will be televised. Each candidate will have the opportunity to speak, then residents will be able to ask questions either in person, or by calling in.”
