Planning Commission Meeting Tomorrow

After a few months off, the Planning Commission returns on Tuesday evening — 7pm at City Hall — with a packed agenda, mostly centered on a consequential public hearing regarding the New Town Center. The complete agenda is available on the City’s website. Aloha.
At the meeting, the developer stated that Market Town (site of the current park and ride) will be completed in only one phase, with the parking garages and the central building starting construction first. It will take 24 to 36 months, with an estimated completion date of Oct 2011.
