Refugio Creek Watershed Vision Plan

Sure it is a long name, but it ultimately means a cleaner, more sustainable, and more vital Refugio Creek, which will undoubtedly increase the quality of life for all Hercules residents.
The City kicks off its Refugio Creek Watershed Vision Plan this Wednesday evening — 7pm at the library — with the first of six planned community meetings. Tomorrow’s meeting seems to be mostly overview of the process and project goals.
The second meeting is set for March 11, and meetings are scheduled to continue through September.
