- Design of Duck Pond Park and preliminary design of Sycamore Park. Cost: $253k.
- Renovate Community Swim Center. Cost: $200k.
- Professional services related to the EIR for the merged redevelopment area. Cost: $42k.
- Evaluate the sustainability rating of Sycamore Downtown. Cost: $12k.
- Professional services related to Sycamore Downtown. Cost: $5k.
- Insurance against construction defect liability for Sycamore Downtown (which will be City-owned). Cost: $75k.
- Design work for an art tribute to veterans. Cost: $20k.
