The second meeting for the Refugio Creek Watershed Vision Plan is Wednesday evening — 7pm at the library — and will include a guest speaker on the topic, “Creeks 101.” The agenda — in addition to the presentation and meeting notes from the first meeting — is available on the City’s website. (The first meeting centered around fielding residents’ interests and concerns for the watershed and the study.)
The third meeting is set for April 15.
