Sycamore North Staging Continues

Fencing has been placed along both sides of Sycamore Avenue adjacent to Sycamore North which is due to begin construction next week. Unfortunately, the sidewalk on the northern side of Sycamore Avenue is completely off-limits, and three-fourths of the sidewalk on the southern side is seemingly blocked because of the fencing.
