City Council Meeting Tomorrow

The contract management of the LLAD system is broken. The City Manager and City Engineer have acknowledged as much (in a meeting I had on Friday). The City has promised to fix the system this year (although that was also promised last year). That being said, the City Council will approve the entire suite of LLADs city-wide in Tuesday evening’s consent calendar. The Redevelopment Agency will also approve a $720k contract for the design of the transit loop and bridge and the temporary surface parking lot on the north side of Refugio Creek.
