A Failed Gotcha Moment

During the rather spirited debate on the planned automotive repair center at the last Planning Commission meeting, Commissioner Jose Bibal failed to land his “gotcha” question, quite hilariously too. Bibal immediately backpedaled upon response to his uninformed question (and I mean that only in regard to its framing, not its purpose; Bibal should have conducted a site visit as other commissioners did). It was Bibal’s only question during the discussion.
