Intermodal Station Workshop

Because of the unexpected large turnout for the last waterfront workshop meeting, the next meeting to discuss the intermodal station design has been pushed back to accommodate a larger attendance. The workshop was originally scheduled for this Wednesday (August 19), but is now scheduled for Tuesday, September 1, from 7 to 9pm, possibly at the Senior Center (which is next door to City Hall). Final word on the location will be delivered via postcard mailer and the City website. Stay tuned here for the details. No word yet on punch and pie.
UPDATE: The workshop will be held at the Community/Swim Center.
UPDATE: The workshop will start at 6:30pm.

Sounds great, I’m going to be there.

The City of Hercules is hosting a second Waterfront Workshop on Tuesday, September 1, 2009 from 6:30PM to 9:00PM at the Hercules Community/Swim Center. At this Waterfront Workshop we will be discussing the Intermodal Transit Center roof/shed designs and tower designs. During the workshop, attendees will be put into small groups to review and comment on different design ideas for the rood/shed and tower of the Intermodal Transit Center. Light refreshments will also be served.
Originally, this workshop was scheduled for Wednesday, August 19, but due to the large turn-out at the July 29th Workshop, the City felt it was important to make sure we had a meeting space that would accommodate a large group. Therefore, the meeting needed to be rescheduled for Tuesday, September 1. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
