- Landscape architecture consulting services for Sycamore Crossing (enhance and restore the portion of Ohlone Creek that crosses the site). Cost: $231k.
- Directly pay for a Senior Project Manager (an HDR employee) to assist with the Intermodal Station project. Cost: $192.5k.
- Architecture and design services (Opticos) for Sycamore Crossing. Cost: $62k.
