The City Council will vote to rezone the live-works along Railroad Avenue to allow additional uses at Tuesday’s meeting — 7pm at City Hall. Other items on the agenda…

  • Apply for $6m in Federal grant funds for the Intermodal Station.
  • Documentation services for the environmental clean-up of the Corporation Yard. Cost: $41.7k.
  • Dead tree removal at Duck Pond Park. Cost: $18k.
  • Landscape architecture consulting services for Sycamore Crossing (enhance and restore the portion of Ohlone Creek that crosses the site). Cost: $231k.
  • Directly pay for a Senior Project Manager (an HDR employee) to assist with the Intermodal Station project. Cost: $192.5k.
  • Architecture and design services (Opticos) for Sycamore Crossing. Cost: $62k.
