Planning Commission Meeting Tomorrow

Outside of commissioner reports, the only item on Monday evening’s agenda for the Planning Commission — 7pm at City Hall — is a presentation on the status of the Intermodal Station and related infrastructure improvements, including Creekside Park, bridges and the temporary parking lot.
One item that apparently will not be included in the informative report is the recently unveiled designs of the transit plaza and the post-modern cafe building (or mercado), which mimics the proposed train station design behind it (images still forthcoming). The proposed modern structure will dominate the plaza, and will likely abandon any historical impact the plaza may have had.
The complete agenda is available on the City’s website.
UPDATE — Renderings have been published.
