Sala Seeks Executive Breakfast Chefs

Breakfast options will be greatly expanded in the near future when Sala opens in the restored historic Civic Arts Building (likely next month). The restaurant is actively seeking two executive breakfast chefs. Fancy.
In the advertisement, the establishment is described as “a high end waterfront restaurant. [...] New construction. Beautiful interior and incredible patio. Restored historic building on the Hercules waterfront.”
The qualifications for the position include an “extensive resume detailing broad breakfast chef experience with fine dining restaurant, resort or breakfast establishment [and] must have developed your own recipes, sauces and techniques consistent with an executive breakfast chef position.”
The owners previously indicated that the breakfast will likely be southwest. An avocado never hurts.
