Times: Whose Company Is This Anyway?

This is getting ridiculous, and is reminiscent of the real estate company that Ed Balico had no idea who was running (he was “just a broker”) — and Balico went to Sacramento to find out — only to discover it was owned by his son… “NEO Consulting Inc. D.B.A. Affordable Housing Solutions Group, the company founded by Hercules City Manager Nelson Oliva that has more than $1.1 million worth of consulting contracts with the city, is no longer owned by members of his family, city officials say. But nobody’s saying who owns it.”

NEO has a handful of employees (most of whom seem to be family), but no one knows who owns the company. Quite the company picnic.
