Big organizational changes at City Hall… “In a City Hall shake-up just two weeks into his tenure, Hercules interim City Manager Charlie Long has appointed a new finance director, created a new Municipal Services Department, and announced the departure of a former city manager who has been managing the Hercules Municipal Utility under contract.“
What happened to Charlie Long stating that the SRI results would not be released until after the elections. Why did Mr. Long cancel all the subcommittee meetings? Why not take the community’s input, continue with the meetings and then make changes. The next council meeting better have these answers.
